This amazing workout will help kids build strenght and improve their balance, which are two very important body abilities!
With these exercises, kids will work their bodies main muscle groups and their core. The core's composed by the abdominal, hips and lumbar spine muscles and is responsible for maintaining body's balance, as well as giving support to all of our movements. We need our balance to walk, run, squat and even stand, so if our core is strong enough, we'll perform these movements with more safety and stability! These are easy, fun and playful exercises that your kids will love and they'll help the little ones stay strong and healthy while exercising in the comfort of their own home!
