Starting this new week of exercises, we're going to introduce kids a routine with 6 gentle exercises, super easy and quick, so that they can work on strengthening their core every day at home!

Posture will also be improved, as this region involves the lumbar spine's muscles, helping kids to have better posture and thus avoiding future back problems. Having better balance and stability also helps the little ones avoid injuries and accidental falls, keeping them safer when playing sports or doing any activity that involves jumping and running, for example.
