Today's routine was prepared to help kids stay active, exercising their bodies to strengthen their muscles and increase their physical endurance, even when exercising at home!
Today I'm bringing a super-quick routine for kids, just 10 minutes long, but that's highly effective so that they can work out their whole bodies, being able to lose body fat, tone and strengthen their bodies to become stronger and more resilient, thus preventing the onset of several diseases. Keeping the little ones active is one of the best ways to help them grow stronger, healthier and with more immunity. This quick and fun workout can be easily fitted into your kids' schedule, without disturbing their daily routine and without overloading their bodies, giving them more energy and stamina to perform better at school, in sports and in everyday life.
