Today's workout features a stretching and relaxation routine for your kids to do at the end of the day, to slow down their bodies and minds, thus giving them a calmer and more restful night's sleep!
After a day full of activities, it's normal for kids to feel excited and, to help them relax and slow down, I've prepared an exercise routine that will calm their bodies and minds at the same time. These exercises will work the little ones' bodies gently and softly so that they can have a peaceful night's sleep and really rest their bodies to feel refreshed to face the new day with lots of pep and vitality.
