Greek mythology is full of exciting characters with mesmerizing stories. In this video the courageous prince Theseus set out to end a terrible tradition enforced by King Minos, who demanded yearly sacrifices of Athenian youths to the monstrous Minotaur.

Determined to save his people, Theseus volunteered to enter the deadly labyrinth where the beast dwelled. With the secret help of Princess Ariadne, who gave him a glowing thread to retrace his steps, Theseus braved the maze’s dangers, outsmarted its traps, and ultimately defeated the Minotaur in fierce combat.

He followed the thread back to safety and returned a hero, freeing Athens from its grim fate and earning his place as one of Greece’s greatest legendary figures.
