THINGS YOU'LL NEED:

Peach Cake

· 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature

· 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar

· 3 ¼ cupcake flour

· 4 teaspoons baking powder

· ¾ teaspoon salt

· 2 egg whites, room temperature

· 3 eggs, room temperature

· 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

· 1 cup peach nectar, room temperature

· 1 cup peach preserves

Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream

· 5 large egg whites

· 1 cup granulated sugar

· 1 cup powdered sugar

· ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

· 4 sticks (16 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature

Puffed Rice Cereal and Marshmallow Treats

· 3 tablespoons butter

· 1 package (10 ounces) mini marshmallows

· 7 cups puffed rice cereal

Royal Icing

· 3 large egg whites

· 4 cups powdered sugar

· ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

· ¼teaspoon salt
