THINGS YOU'LL NEED:
Chocolate Cake:
-½ cup + 2 ½ tablespoons flour
-1/3 cup cocoa powder
-¾ teaspoon baking soda
-½ teaspoon baking powder
-¼ teaspoon cinnamon
-¼ teaspoon salt
-½ cup + 2 ½ tablespoon granulated sugar
-1/3 cup light brown sugar
-2 eggs
-2 ½ tablespoons water
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-½ cup sour cream
-2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Ganache:
-1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-1/2 cup of heavy cream
