How to draw a Jasmine flower for beginners. Pencil drawing and shading, step by step using a regular HB graphite pencil. I first lightly sketch out a square and divide it into 4 smaller squares by drawing a vertical and horizontal line through the center. With the guide lines in place we're now ready to draw the Jasmine flower.
Once I'm happy with the general layout I begin to add details and apply shading with the outside of the pencil. I block in darkest tones, mid tones and lightest tones but I gradually build up the mid and dark tones throughout the drawing process.
