How to draw a brain pencil drawing for beginners using a regular HB graphite pencil. I first lightly sketch out a square and then map out the general shape of the brain by drawing continuous straight lines. I then round off the outside lines to create the general shape before going back in and making more marks for the shapes inside the brain.
Once I'm happy with the general brain drawing I apply shading throughout the drawing and define the shapes inside the brain.. With a smudge stick I rub in the pencil shading to create a smooth surface and I finish off by applying more pressure to the pencil for the darkest areas.
