1 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/4 cups bread flour

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon olive oil (for coating the bowl)

Topping:

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
