Hey art friends! This Independence Day is extra special because America is turning 250 years old! Hadley and I are celebrating by drawing a Happy Birthday Cake for America. It's a tall, two-tier cake decorated with red, white, and blue stripes, stars, and 250 candles (well, we drew three big number candles that say 250). We're going to walk through it one step at a time using our pencils and markers. Once you finish, you can add more decorations, draw fireworks around it, change the colors, or pile on as many candles as you want. Grab your supplies and let's draw to celebrate 250 years of America!
