Lyrics:
This is the story of Castle Dutch
A spooky place with a creepy touch.
Strange sights appear,
At this time of year!
Such a dark scene on Halloween
Hugo walks in, dressed in disguise,
All on his own, with wide-open eyes.
The night feels long,
Something feels wrong.
Such a dark scene on Halloween
A black cat crosses Hugo's way,
It's bad luck, some people say.
The cat looks sad
Or is he mad?
Such a dark scene on Halloween
She is the witch of Castle Dutch,
She likes her broom so very much
She casts a spell,
And lets out a yell! (ahahahahahaha)
Such a dark scene on Halloween
The castle lord enters the scene,
This vampire begins to sing
Cape to the floor,
He sings some more!
Such a dark scene on Halloween
This castle sure is quite a sight,
A monster does yoga day and night.
He stretches around,
Then sleeps on the ground.
Such a dark scene on Halloween
There are spooky noises everywhere,
Colorful ghosts float through the air.
They laugh and sing,
Do ghosts have wings?
Such a dark scene on Halloween
Then Frankenstein comes strolling in,
He looks quite friendly with a grin.
He points the way:
""The exit's that way!""
Such a dark scene on Halloween
And now our story comes to an end,
What a strange night 'round every bend!
Hugo gets out,
Lucky, no doubt!
Such a dark scene on Halloween
