Educational video for children that talks about the rules of how to use Roman numerals. The Roman numeral system is composed of seven capital letters that each have a numerical value. The first thing to know is that you read and write Roman numerals from left to right and from the greatest to the least. When to the right of a letter we have a letter of equal or lesser value, we add the values together. The value of both letters forms a number. Another rule is that in the same numeral, we can find some letters repeated up to three times. But, others cannot be repeated. Likewise, When a Roman numeral is placed before another Roman numeral of greater value, the result is the difference between the numerals. Finally, to multiply a number by a factor of 1000 we place a bar over it.
