Today's Math Lesson:: Counting 1 to 50.
Curriculum: In this episode, early learners practice counting all the way up to 50! When Octonaughty uses a cosmic prank to stop the Numberblocks from saying their names out loud, they discover they can still sing their way to Half-Century Mountain. By counting in rows of ten and adding one at a time, children learn the repeating number patterns needed to count up to 50.

The episode begins with Fifty rallying the Numberblocks to travel to Half-Century Mountain to put an end to Octonaughty's cosmic pranks. After they arrive and take their places, Octonaughty suddenly appears to stop them. He unleashes his best cosmic prank yet by declaring a new rule: no number can be said out loud.
With the Numberblocks seemingly unable to count, Octonaughty declares he is now free to steal the energy of the Infinity Eclipse and become the most powerful number in the universe. However, One, Two, and Three begin a musical count. Fifty quickly realises the loophole: Octonaughty only banned saying numbers, not singing them. The Numberblocks unite in a massive song, counting all the way from one to fifty in rows of ten while keeping the action going by continually adding one. Along the way, numbers highlight their unique properties, such as Twenty-Five showing off her perfect square and Forty displaying his oblong shape.
The song successfully reaches Fifty, ruining the cosmic prank. Octonaughty is defeated and flees, vowing that he will always be back. Numberland is saved, and the Golden Infinity is safely restored to its rightful place with Fifty pledging to stand guard. The episode ends with One reflecting on the silver lining of Octonaughty's prank, noting that it showed them they all know their worth and that everybody counts.
