The day is filled with discovery as the kids go on a nature walk to help a lost duckling find its home, passing by squirrels, rabbits, and frogs along the way. Later, Cody and JJ turn a simple stream into a high-speed racetrack for handmade walnut sailboats. When it is time for a snack, Cody’s grandparents show JJ how to become a hungry dinosaur to make eating 'tiny tree' broccoli and cauliflower florets a fun game. From flying kites to riding the swings, Cody and his friends show how much joy and learning can be found in the great outdoors.
