Sugar cookie
1 ÂĽ cup +2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
ÂĽ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
Âľ cup granulated sugar
½ egg, lightly beaten
½ teaspoon vanilla
Pecan Filling
1/3 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1Â and 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
ÂĽ teaspoon cinnamon
