2 1/3 cup flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups of apricot or raspberry preserves
Decoration
3-inch circle cutter
