All Mr. Bean wants is a quiet sunny spot on the beach, but an overbearing American tourist parks his enormous recreational vehicle right in the way and immediately one ups Bean's sandcastle with an inflatable one, sending him on a cross town chase after the only remaining beam of sunshine as clouds roll in and refuse to cooperate. The pursuit takes him off the beach, through the streets of London and eventually to a construction site where he commandeers a crane to clear the last shadow blocking his sun, with typically chaotic consequences for everyone nearby.
