The Assistant had her Roblox and Adopt Me accounts hacked! Not only did the hacker steal all of her Adopt Me pets, but he also changed the account email and password and locked her out of her account!
In this video, we describe the steps we took and how we were able to report the hack, and eventually reclaim her account.
One note- this video is mainly for parents... it may not seem like much, but your kid's Roblox account is (likely) to be a very significant thing to them, and it is very UNLIKELY they will be able to regain control of their account without your help. Regardless, this is a great opportunity to tell them the dangers of phishing and other online scams.
