One evening Mr Bean takes delivery of a telescope and excitedly tells Teddy that they are going to see Samson’s comet – and it only comes once every 400 years! However when Mr Bean checks the newspaper, he sees the comet is not due to pass until four in the morning. No matter! They’ll just have to stay up. But it’s such a long wait that Mr Bean decides instead that they should go to bed and set an alarm.
