One day while Mr Bean and Billy are playing with a remote-controlled car out in the front garden, a lorry pulls up across the road. They spot Mr Bean’s neighbour, Mr Paliwal, excitedly taking delivery of a flashy electric go-kart – a gift for his daughter Divya. They’re off to the karting course and invite Mr Bean to come along… although he’ll need his own kart of course.
